Order-Cancellation Policy
An order (or part of an order) cannot be cancelled once your credit card payment is verified and authorised. You cannot cancel your order after having read and accepted POPULAR Online Terms & Conditions.

RULES OF RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

Returns Policy
All items are non-returnable, once sold, unless it is a damaged/low-quality item. In the latter case, kindly report to customer service within 3 days after receiving your order, via “Contact Us”. All item(s) returned must be in their original shipping condition with its packaging and accessories.

SITUATIONS WHERE AN ITEM CAN BE RETURNED OR REPLACED

1.If an item is defective, e.g.
• Missing Page(s)
• Printing Error
• Damaged item(s) upon receipt
2. Wrong item received.

SITUATIONS WHERE AN ITEM(S) CANNOT BE RETURNED OR REPLACED

• Used or intentionally damaged item(s)
• When serial books / items are unboxed, not returned in a full set or are missing accessories (e.g. CDs)
• The item(s) has been torn or is dirty

IS THERE AN EXPIRY DATE TO RETURN OR REPLACE AN ITEM?

All defective item(s) must be reported to customer service within 3 days via “Contact Us”. We will arrange for a replacement for you.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM AT A POPULAR OUTLET?

Currently, POPULAR outlets do not provide returns and replacements service. If you wish to return or replace an item, please follow the “Procedure for returns and replacements”.

HOW TO RETURN OR REPLACE AN ITEM?

Please call our customer service team via “Contact Us” and give the reason why you want to return or replace an item within 3 working days after receipt your parcel.

REMINDER:

If a member returns or replaces too many items, POPULAR Online may reject the member and deprive him/her of membership, permanently.
