Returns & Replacements
An order (or part of an order) cannot be cancelled once your credit card payment is verified and authorised. You cannot cancel your order after having read and accepted the Terms & Conditions.
All items are non-returnable, once sold, unless it is a damaged/low-quality item. In the latter case, report to customer service within 3 days after receiving your order, via “Contact Us”. All items returned must be in their original shipping condition.
1.If an item is defective, e.g.
• a page-missing book
• damage not caused by vandalism.
2.The item received is not what you ordered.
1.Books and magazines
• Besides defective items, book returned is used or damaged.
• When serial books are not returned in a full set or are missing accessories (including CDs etc.)
• There is an irreparable blemish on the item.
All defective items must be reported to customer service within 3 days by e-mail or phone. We will arrange for a replacement for you.
POPULAR Online will pay the delivery fee for a defective item.
Currently, POPULAR outlets do not provide returns and replacements service. If you wish to return or replace an item, please follow the “Procedure for returns and replacements”.
Please call customer service and give the reason why you want to return or replace an item within 3 days after receiving the item. We will arrange for the courier company to collect the item from you. If you meet the conditions of returns and replacements, we will arrange for the item to be despatched.
If a member returns or replaces too many items, POPULAR Online may reject the member and deprive him/her of membership, permanently.
