FAQ

1. If I have made a purchase before 2 February 2023 and my item is yet to be shipped, how will my purchase be delivered to me?

For orders made up to 2 February 2023, we will arrange for your item to be shipped to your preferred home delivery address / Singapore outlet. Once your item is shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. Any purchases made after 2 February 2023 will have to be picked up from POPULAR stores in Johor, Malaysia.

2. If I have an item on backorder, what is the delivery arrangement like?

Once your item is ready, we will pack and ship it out to the address that you have provided even though we have discontinued this service. Once your item is shipped, you will receive an email notification from us.

3. What if my parcel is damaged upon delivery, or if I face any issues regarding my parcel after this service had been discontinued?
