POPULAR Online is simple and safe. You have to sign-up as a member before placing an order. Sign-up for free, and start shopping! At present, purchases can only be made online. We regret that we are unable to take orders via customer service, phone, e-mail, fax etc.

• DO I NEED TO SIGN UP IN ORDER TO PLACE AN ORDER?

For a first time purchase, please sign up as a registered user to place an order, and to enjoy our services.

• CAN NON-REGISTERED USERS PURCHASE BOOKS ONLINE?

For the moment, only registered users can place orders via POPULAR Online. If you are not a registered user yet, please sign-up so that you can place an order. Signing-up is completely free.

BOOK AVAILABILITY AND PRICE

• HOW DO I KNOW IF A BOOK IS AVAILABLE?

Available books will show as ‘In stock’ on the Product Details Page. Where ‘Out of stock’ is displayed, it means that the book ordered is not available online, but is available for order from suppliers once you have placed your order. Books indicated as ‘Out of print’ or ‘Sold out’ are not available, online.

• PRICES FOR PRE-ORDER AND OUT-OF-STOCK BOOKS?

For coming-soon or temporarily out of stock books, the online pre-order price might be different from the actual price.

• ARE ONLINE PRICES IDENTICAL TO THE PRICES OF BOOKS SOLD IN YOUR PHYSICAL BOOKSTORES?

No. Online prices and Retail store prices might differ.

• CAN I PURCHASE BOOKS AT ONLINE PRICES FROM YOUR BOOKSTORES?

No. Online prices apply to Online orders only. Please place an order online to enjoy the Online Price.

• WHY IS THE PRICE OF AN ITEM IN MY SHOPPING CART DIFFERENT FROM THAT SHOWN ON YOUR WEBSITE?

When you add an item to your shopping cart, the price at that time is saved, and so the price of the item in your shopping cart will always be the same as the first time you put it in the cart. When you are placing an order, please pay attention to the latest price shown because it might be different. Some offers are only available for a specific time or only for limited items. So the offer depends on the remaining stock and the price might change according to remaining stock.

Yesterday I added an item to my shopping cart, but today when I make payment, the price is different.
Placing an item in your shopping cart does not let you reserve promotion price or guarantee pre-emptive right.

• STEP 3: IN ORDER TO ENJOY THE “PROMOTION” DISCOUNT, YOU MUST LINK YOUR POPULAR MEMBER’S CARD TO YOUR ONLINE USER ACCOUNT AS FOLLOWS:


Step1: Key in your POPULAR member card number & IC number.

Step2: Click "Submit"

• STEP 6: ONE STEP CHECKOUT

Step 1 Fill in personal information of buyer and recipient.

Step 2 Make sure all information on items in shopping cart is correct, and choose whether the items are to be sent across Malaysia or to a POPULAR outlet.

Step 3 If you opt to use a Promotion Code or eVoucher, a code is required.

Step 4 Pay when all item details are checked to be correct.

Step 5 Click "Place Order Now" to submit your order
